I am passionate about working with professionals with ADHD and other neurodivergent challenges. Having navigated these challenges firsthand, I know the feeling of hitting a wall no matter how hard you try to stay on top of things. I also know that it is entirely possible to remove these blocks by learning to recognize and work with them. That’s where the power of coaching comes in:
– In creating a safe and trusting space to have a conversation where you can ‚ hear your thoughts and make your own meaning, instead of me telling you what you should do.
– In hitting a stop button on the cycle of self-criticism and reframing those thoughts with perspectives that enable clarity needed to come up with solutions and strategies that serve you
– In empowering you to take ownership of implementing these strategies while feeling fully supported by me every step of the way.
