Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-capacity adults with ADHD who have spent years compensating. They may be successful on paper, deeply curious, and committed to doing meaningful work—while privately wrestling with overwhelm, inconsistency, emotional intensity, decision fatigue, or the exhausting gap between what they intend and what actually happens.
My coaching is for people who do not need another productivity formula or a pep talk. They need space to understand their patterns without shame, work with their attention, energy, emotions, and executive functions rather than against them, and build approaches that can survive real life.
My lens is shaped by ADHD coaching, positive psychology, mentor coaching, and a deep respect for the complexity of capable people who have spent years trying to make life work. I listen for the whole person: strengths, pressure points, values, humor, resilience, and the quiet adaptations that helped you get this far but may no longer be serving you.
While most of my practice centers on adult professionals with ADHD, I also support families impacted by ADHD when more understanding, steadier communication, and less blame are needed.
