I spent over 14 years in leadership roles, where one thing consistently stood out to me, the most meaningful part of my work was supporting others to grow, develop, and step into their potential.

That realisation led me to coaching. I trained as a Leadership and Executive Coach, working with individuals to navigate challenges, build confidence, and create meaningful change.

But a pivotal shift came when my son was diagnosed with ADHD. What began as a personal journey to better understand and support him quickly became something much bigger. I immersed myself in learning everything I could about ADHD,  not just the science, but the lived experience behind it.

This led me to train with ADD Coach Academy, where I became a certified ADHD Coach.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of coaching, ADHD, and human behaviour.

I support adults, children, and families navigating ADHD, including parents, partners, and individuals, recognising that ADHD doesn’t exist in isolation. It shows up in relationships, in family dynamics, in schools, in work environments, and in how people see themselves.

My coaching is about helping people understand themselves, and each other, on a deeper level: their patterns, their nervous system, their strengths. From that place, we create change that is realistic, sustainable, and aligned with who they are.

Alongside my one-to-one work, I co-founded ADHD Family Network, a not-for-profit organisation in Ireland, supporting families through education, community, and connection. This continues to shape my approach, reinforcing the importance of looking beyond the individual and considering the wider system around them.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: When people feel understood, supported, and safe, real change becomes possible.
