Nadine Jol
Professional ADHD Coach, Unscripted Coaching LLC
My journey into ADHD coaching began with my own late ADHD diagnosis and the experience of raising neurodivergent children. Those experiences changed how I understood learning, behaviour, and potential, inspiring me to support other families on a similar path.
Today, I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), certified ADHD Professional Coach, and German State-certified Social Pedagogic Assistant. I work with tweens, teens, young adults, and their families, helping them better understand ADHD, strengthen executive functioning skills, build confidence, and develop practical strategies that work for their unique brains.
My coaching is strengths-based, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach and strive to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. Alongside one-to-one coaching, I also provide parent coaching and workshops for schools and youth sports coaches, helping create environments where neurodivergent young people can thrive.
