Noa Grant
Parent, Educator and 1:1 ADHD Coach , Noa Grant Coaching
Noa Grant Coaching helps adults, college students, parents, and educators navigate the ADHD brain, whether newly diagnosed or lifelong. Together, we co-create practical, brain-friendly strategies.
I blend neuroscience and strengths-based work with playful, compassionate accountability to build real systems that reduce friction and let your gifts shine.
I specialize in helping with executive functioning (time, task-starting, planning), parenting supports and family routines, classroom strategies, emotional regulation, and group training for schools and parents.
As a parent of two children with ADHD, I’ve lived the rollercoaster and bring that lived experience to my work. I am here to help you on this journey!

I completed my course work in ADHD & Life Coaching from ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and am completing hours toward credentialing with the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
