Ojonoka Usman
Certified ADHD Life Coach (ACC, A-CALC), ADHD Delta Coaching
I help adults with ADHD understand why things can feel unexpectedly difficult to start, sustain or return to – even when they genuinely want to take action.
As an ADHD coach and founder of ADHD Delta®, my work focuses on helping clients recognise the underlying factors that contribute to overwhelm, inconsistent follow-through and everyday friction. Rather than focusing solely on productivity strategies, we explore what may be getting in the way between intention and action.
Through a collaborative, strengths-based coaching approach, we identify where things begin to feel harder, what conditions support easier access to action, and what practical adjustments can reduce unnecessary barriers.
Together, we work towards:
- Starting tasks with less resistance
- Reducing overwhelm and mental load
- Improving follow-through and consistency
- Navigating transitions and change more effectively
- Managing focus, energy and emotional regulation
- Building greater confidence and self-trust
I provide a reflective, non-judgemental space where clients can better understand how ADHD shows up in their lives and develop practical ways to work with their brain rather than against it.
Small shift. Different direction. That’s the Delta Δ.
