Paige Herman
Certified ADHD Coach, Turn the Paige, ADHD Coaching & Education for the Unique Mind
Hello, My name is Coach Paige!
I’m a Certified ADHD and Executive Function Coach, educational advocate, and former special education teacher with over eight years of experience supporting children, teens, college students, adults, and families.
I work with individuals navigating ADHD, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, and the everyday demands of school, work, and life. One of my favorite parts of coaching is helping people realize they’re not lazy, unmotivated, or failing. More often than not, they’re working incredibly hard, but the strategies they’re using simply aren’t a good match for how their brain works.
My coaching approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies that actually fit your life. Common areas of focus include planning, organization, time management, task initiation, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and follow-through.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over eight years as a special education teacher, an experience that continues to shape my work today. I also collaborate with parents, schools, therapists, and other professionals when appropriate because meaningful support often happens when everyone is working together.
If we work together, you’ll quickly learn that I love asking questions, getting curious, and helping people connect the dots. My coaching style is warm, encouraging, and engaging. I bring a mix of compassion, practical problem-solving, enthusiasm, and humor to every session. While I take my clients’ goals seriously, I don’t take myself too seriously. Especially when working with kids and teens, you’ll often find me incorporating creativity, curiosity, and a little silliness along the way.
Whether you’re a parent looking for support for your child, a student trying to manage increasing demands, or an adult feeling overwhelmed by everything on your plate, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, leverage your strengths, and build systems that make life feel a little easier and a lot more manageable.
I truly believe everyone has strengths worth celebrating and challenges worth understanding. It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they learn, grow, and discover what works best for them.
