That’s not what I do.

I work with scaling founders, senior leaders & executives, and the focus is always on three things:

I built and led a successful 7-figure business for 20+ years. I know what scaling and leading can cost when your brain works differently. After my own late ADHD diagnosis, I retrained as a coach – combining real business operating experience with psychotherapy training and the neuroscience of neurodivergence, to fully cover the spectrum of CEO responsibilities.
