Many of my clients reach out during midlife transitions… when work demands increase, identities shift, and for some, Perimenopause amplifies ADHD symptoms in ways they weren’t prepared for. Strategies that once worked stop working, and pushing harder only leads to burnout.

I support adults with ADHD, particularly mid-career professionals, creatives, and LGBTQ+ folks, who are ready to stop forcing themselves into structures that no longer fit. Our work focuses on reducing friction, building sustainable systems, and learning how to work with your brain instead of against it. Coaching with me is practical, compassionate, and grounded. I bring ADHD-specific training, lived experience, and a creative, systems-based approach to help you move forward with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
