I’m Rochelle, a certified coach with the ICF (PCC). I’ve been coaching for 20 years in the areas of writing, wellness, productivity, and leadership. I received my coach training from CoachU and my ADHD coach training from MentorCoach. I specialize in writing coaching.In my 20 years as a coach, I’ve worked with many people who struggle with ADHD and executive function challenges. As a strengths-based coach, we work together to discover your skills and strengths so that you can use them to succeed. Over the years, my clients have used their strengths to build skills that allow them to write and promote books; lead nonprofit organizations; work as educators, speakers, coaches, and professionals; and coach other people to do the same. I’ve also worked at colleges, helping college students overcome distraction and develop a plan so that they can focus, study, and succeed.I coach both individuals and groups and would be happy to speak with you about your needs.
