I help overwhelmed adults, teens, and parents with ADHD move from emotional chaos and executive dysfunction to calm, confident self-leadership.

I’m Rooz Khosh, MBA, PCC, PCAC—an ADHD and executive function coach and co-founder of Heal & Thrive Psychotherapy & Coaching. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in the belief that every brain can thrive with the right insight, structure, and support.

My clients are often bright, capable, and deeply frustrated. They may struggle with time blindness, procrastination, impulsivity, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty following through. Together, we create a safe, shame-free space to understand how ADHD shows up in daily life and build practical strategies that work with their unique wiring—not against it.

Using my T.H.R.I.V.E. approach, I blend neuroscience-informed coaching, real-world structure, and a therapy-informed perspective to help clients move from scattered and stuck to steady and empowered.

With 17 years of leadership experience, dual MBAs, and hundreds of coaching hours, I also support clinicians and coaches who want to build values-driven, purpose-centered practices.

You do not need fixing—you need tools, support, and strategies that fit the way your brain works. If you’re ready to replace overwhelm with momentum, let’s connect.
