Executive skills are life skills.

They help us focus, organize, and follow through.
We are more efficient and can trust ourselves at school, at work, everywhere.

As a certified ADHD coach,

I specialize in coaching individuals diagnosed with ADHD, autistic individuals, or those who struggle to thrive (due to any related condition) at school, work, or elsewhere.

My approach is grounded in simplicity and practicality,

guiding clients to make intentional choices that foster growth, accomplishment, and well-being, across all areas of life.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, I collaborate with academic teams and deliver on-site seminars for employers,

in order to increase awareness and support for neurodiversity. Together, we work to create environments that empower individuals and organizations to flourish.

I hold an M.Ed. in Special Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.A. from Vassar College. I’m certified through ICF (PCC) and PAAC, and a member of the faculty of the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA).
