Seth Vargas
Certified ADHD & Life Coach
Working with my own coach gave me something I hadn’t experienced before: a space to reflect, ask questions, and better understand myself.
After receiving a late ADHD diagnosis at 18, I spent years trying to make sense of what it actually meant and understand myself. I was given medication, but very little support or understanding of how my brain worked, what my strengths were, or why certain things felt so difficult.
While studying Educational Studies at Connecticut College, I discovered ADHD coaching. As I learned more deeply about ADHD, worked with my own coach, and eventually trained to become a coach myself, I was finally given language for patterns I had noticed in myself for years but didn’t know how to describe. Coaching gave me a space to reflect, process, and better understand who I am.
Today, I hope to offer that same kind of space to others—a space for reflection, understanding, accountability, and growth. Whether you’re trying to navigate school, work, relationships, or simply better understand yourself, coaching can help you build a life that works with your unique brain, with more curiosity and self-compassion along the way.
