My greatest source of knowledge about ADHD is my own experience: a lifetime spent trying to fit into rigid systems that take a certain way of thinking for granted, far from having an inclusive perspective. In 2024, after receiving a late diagnosis, I understood that it’s not just neurodivergent people who have different brains: there are as many people as there are ways of thinking and processing. It’s a fact, and it’s called neurodiversity.
Today, I integrate my professional career as a project manager with a professional training in Executive Functions to help people to understand how to create working and study systems that fit their unique brain and find practica solutions to everyday’s challenges.
