Sunita Ann Bangah
Owner/Professional ADHD Coach, On Track ADHD Coaching
Being a student with ADHD can be frustrating. Keeping track of multiple classes, assignments and deadlines can be overwhelming. I coach high school and college-aged students with ADHD to help them develop executive functioning skills such as time management, organizational and self-advocacy skills. I am passionate about helping students with ADHD function at their highest capacity. As an Occupational Therapist, my career has been dedicated to supporting people to build skills for life, whether that be self-regulation, independent living skills, or executive functioning skills. With 9 years of experience in the public school system, I have helped numerous students develop strategies to enhance their executive functioning skills in the school setting. I also work with teachers to implement effective teaching strategies and classroom accommodations. Furthermore, being the mother of a child with ADHD has given me firsthand experience in supporting executive functioning skills in the home environment. I believe that building executive functioning skills is essential for youth and young adults to function well not just in academics, but in all aspects of their lives.
