If you’re an expat, part of an international family, or someone building a life across cultures while navigating ADHD, you’re in the right place.

Hi, I’m Susan, an ADHD coach, educator, and parent. American by birth, with deep roots in France, I’ve spent my adult life working, living, and raising a family across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, far from my home countries. I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of building a life between cultures—with ADHD along for the journey.

I am a Professional ADHD Coach and ADHD Certified Educator (ADHD-CE), supporting adults, young people, families, and globally mobile individuals navigating life with ADHD. My approach is shaped by multiple perspectives: coach, international educator, parent, and someone diagnosed with ADHD later in life.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked in international schools across diverse cultural settings, including 15+ years in International Baccalaureate (IB) schools. My own ADHD journey, combined with my experiences across cultures, has given me a deep understanding of how ADHD can influence identity, belonging, transitions, and everyday life—especially when you’re adapting to new places and ways of being.

If you’re ready to better understand your ADHD, reconnect with your strengths, and build a life that works for you, I’d love to support you!
