For much of my life, I wondered why what came easily to others took so much more effort for me. It wasn’t until I received an ADHD diagnosis in my 50s that those experiences began to make sense. That diagnosis marked the beginning of a journey toward greater self-understanding and acceptance, one that ultimately led me to coaching.
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 30 years in communications and business leadership, helping organizations navigate change, solve problems, and communicate through complex situations. Today, I combine that experience with ADHD-specific coach training and lived experience to provide collaborative, individualized coaching.
I serve as a thought partner, sounding board, and guide, helping clients better understand how ADHD shows up in their lives while developing practical strategies that fit the way they think and work. Executive functioning challenges often bring people to coaching, but our work frequently expands to confidence, relationships, career decisions, and building a life that feels more aligned with who they are.
