An accredited professional coach and accredited professional ADHD coach. My coaching focus is late diagnosed adults with ADHD. I have an MSc in Personal and Organisational Coaching and my thesis was “Are our values sufficient to motivate us? Exploring the lived experience of the ADHD coach”. With a deep understanding of the neurodivergent mind, my coaching starts with unconditional positive regard for my coachees. We work together to discover how their own ADHD impacts their lives. Through understanding, support, exploration, education and inquiry into the possibilities of what is possible, my coachees are able to explore their options and find the solutions they need to navigate their lives accepting that neurodivergence is different, but not less.
