As a Certified ADHD and Academics Expert for 20 years, Thuy helps students achieve independence by meeting their hidden needs using interdisciplinary and evidence-based methods. Thuy’s holistic approach combines Learning Science with ADHD Science to design actionable steps that foster students’ long-term independence, confidence and success.   As a passionate advocate for justice for individuals with ADHD and learning differences, she is diligent in understanding her students and adults on many levels.  From her dual expertise as a Licensed Educator and Executive Function Coach, Thuy has the dual lens to meet students’ hidden ADHD, academic and emotional needs. She enjoys motivating students and building on strengths while designing executive function workarounds and strength-based roadmaps tailored to each student’s unique needs.  She listens well and loves getting to know her students/adults through a compassion-based lens. She is also a former University Advisor and English College Instructor experienced in working with diverse, unique learners. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor degree in Secondary Education (English Literature) and Curriculum Design. Her Master’s degree is in Educational Supervision.  Thuy enjoys reading, creative writing, cooking, and volunteering.
