Tiara Brumberg
Owner and Coach, The Middle ADHD Coaching
I help clients uncover their strengths, build sustainable routines, and create lives that work with their brains — not against them.
As an adult who was only recently (December 2025) diagnosed with ADHD , a parent of ADHD kids, and a former Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, I understand the challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergence. My coaching is customized, strengths‑based, and action‑oriented, with text/email support to help clients stay connected and supported.
My job is not to make you learn the systems that have worked for me. Through collaboration, feedback, and conversations about your lived experience we will help develop a plan that makes sense for you or your child and that has the support and accountability that help to facilitate change. Throughout the coaching relationship we reflect honestly on points of challenge and create a space that is filled with a deep understanding of ADHD and how it affects our outcomes as well as a clear distinction from who you are and what goals are important to you.
I coach students 16+, adults, and families who want to build systems that fit their brains and their lives. I offer virtual coaching nationwide and in‑person or virtual sessions for Birmingham‑area clients when travel and scheduling allow.
I love helping teens and young adults navigate school, adults create sustainable routines, and parents build calmer, more supportive homes. If you’re curious about working together, I offer a FREE 30‑minute discovery call at: tiaratheadhdcoach.com
