Tina Hart
Board Certified Coach, Coaching with Hart
I am an executive function coach with 35 years of experience in mental health and education, and 14 years working exclusively with ADHD clients and their families. I specialize in college students through graduate school, professionals navigating career transitions, and parent consultations. I work individually and in groups, virtually across the US.
My approach is rooted in a developmental lens — meeting each client exactly where they are in their growth and seeing ADHD not as a deficit but as a different way of moving through the world. Through my own empowerment framework, the 5 A’s — Awareness, Assessment, Agency, Acceptance, and Affirmation — I work to help clients build genuine self-knowledge and trust their own capacity to navigate their lives.
