Toni Schexnyder
Executive Function Coach & College Counselor, Franklin Academy Center for Neurodiversity
Toni Schexnyder is Associate Dean of College & Career Counseling at Franklin Academy in Connecticut, where she supports neurodivergent students through the college and career planning process. A neurodiverse educator and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), she specializes in ADHD and executive function coaching.
Through the Franklin Academy Center for Neurodiversity’s Launch Lab, Toni provides EF & ADHD coaching to college students and young professionals, helping them strengthen organization, prioritization, follow-through, and self-advocacy. Her strengths-based, identity-affirming approach helps clients build sustainable systems aligned with how their brains work.
She holds a B.A. in English and M.Ed. in Secondary Education from Texas State University and began her career in college admissions. She later served as Associate Dean of College Counseling at The Winston School San Antonio.
Toni presents nationally, and previously served on the Executive Board of the Texas Association for College Admission Counseling. In 2025, she received the National Association for College Admission Counseling’s Gayle C. Wilson Outstanding Service to the Profession Award.
