Tracy is a neurodiversity coach specializing in twice-exceptionality who has coached up and down the career ladder, from individual contributors to vice-presidents, and has worked in industries including technology, government, academia, and health care. Each client she meets has a unique brain that deserves its own unique approach, and she partners with her clients to use their strengths to reach the outcomes they desire.
Tracy is a co-founder of the Neurodiversity Coaching Academy, helping coaches learn how to incorporate a neurodiversity-inclusive lens in their work. She also facilitates leadership development training with organizations such as Tesla and Acxiom and coaches students at Rice University via The Doerr Institute for New Leaders. She trained new ADHD coaches and mentored students at the International ADHD Coach Training Center (iACT) and continues to mentor coaches in her private practice.
Tracy’s doctoral dissertation focused on the social-emotional needs of highly gifted adults. She is a past president of the Austin chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and she holds an ICF credential as a Professional Certified Coach. And she can jumprope tap dance.
