Valerie Keith, MS, OTR/L, BCC
Certified ADHD and Executive Functioning Coach, More Than Survival
I bring curiosity, patience, and compassion to helping you understand your unique brain, whether you’re diagnosed with ADHD or suspect you may have it. I know personally how powerful it can be to understand why your brain works the way it does.
My approach isn’t about giving you another system you’re supposed to follow. Together, we’ll slow things down and look at what’s really keeping you stuck, including the thoughts and expectations that may be draining your energy and leaving you feeling like you’re never quite enough.
Instead of trying harder to make your brain fit the way you think life should work, we’ll experiment with ways to make your life work better for your brain.
We might work together on things like:
- getting started and following through
- overwhelm and prioritizing when everything feels important
- time management and planning
- routines and everyday life
- perfectionism and all-or-nothing thinking
- turning a mind full of ideas and intentions into doable action
I’ll help you clarify what actually matters to you, turn meaningful goals into doable steps, and find strategies and supports that fit YOU.
My hope is that you’ll not only make progress on the things you’ve been wanting to do, but begin to approach yourself differently—with more understanding, curiosity, confidence, and compassion. When something isn’t working, you can learn to get curious instead of judging yourself—and trust yourself to find another way.
Individual sessions are $100/50 minutes and include brief between-session support.
