Yjasming Kistner
Professional ADHD Coach, Conscious Connections Coaching, LLC
I offer one on one ADHD coaching for college students, adults, and especially moms, whether they have ADHD themselves or are supporting children with executive function challenges and feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I partner with individuals who are looking for guidance as they navigate the complexities of ADHD. Together, we build supportive systems and healthy practices that bring more order, clarity, and calm to everyday life. I also provide insight into how the neurodiverse brain works, helping clients better understand themselves while uncovering their unique strengths and talents, and gifts that are often hidden beneath the surface. Through intentional exploration, reflection, and increased self awareness, along with practical tools and strategies, clients learn to create new structures and approaches that support lasting change. My goal is to help each person experience more ease, joy, and a greater sense of confidence in how they move through their life.
